Democrats have 90% of the screenwriters and comedy writers in Hollywood and New York at their disposal, but then they'd have to deal with all the journalists chastising them for acting like they are on the West Wing. They can't win either way.

Democratic voters don't respond to shit like that. Every time a Democrat lays out any kind of policy document, people accuse them of them being too "Wonky". Democrats are always told to "talk like regular people."

These Snyder Fanboys are something else. They swoop in, guns blazing when Daddy takes the slightest criticism.

I can't believe I actually believed in Merrick Garland. What a chump. So the only person they were hot to Prosecute was Hunter fucking Biden. Great.

I'm with you in primarying Schumer and Hillebrand, but I think AOC would be wise to stay away from the Senate.

I agree, NY politics is a minefield. I just think she needs SOME kind of executive experience as a woman candidate. I HATE that her clear smarts and sharp political instincts wouldnt be enough. But Hillary and Kamala also had the brains, but the American people unfairly demand more from Women.

I like AOC, but I don't think she can walk out of the House to the Presidency. I think she needs to go run for Governor of NY, build that executive resume, pass a big healthcare or Green bill in NY, then come back to Washington in 2032 as a political Godzilla no one can stop.

History shows us that you staff the government with weaklings AFTER you establish your dictatorship.
I'm not saying we shouldnt be worried and vigilant, but maybe we can all unclench a little.

If we can't make allies, then we're even more fucked. If we're all shit go each other right off the bat, what's the point? But do you Fam.

I dont disagree with your sentiment, but I do think Republicans remain very beatable.

Biden shunning Trump will just make us feel better, it will not do a damn thing to help us defeat Republicans in the future. The "Peaceful transfer of power" still matters and if we're ever going to get back to normal it must always matter.

I can't believe Trump is going to get away with everything. He didn't have good lawyers (At least we were told he didnt). He isn't especially smart or cunning and he doesnt even pay people. And yet...

No he would not. Even still, the Democrats would probably give it to him.

Probably. But it's going to be equally bad when Russian tanks roll into Kyiv. It's going to be bad when Russian tanks are sitting on the Polish border.

Biden should tell tell the Air Force to start bombing Russian positions in Ukraine.

In the Harley Quinn show, Joker became a damn near socialist progressive Left-wing mayor of Gotham. Why? Because he found out Batman was Bruce Wayne. Who is the true nemesis of the Billionaire? A socialist politician.

How did the GOP Fixer machine not find this stuff and scrub it years ago? That's how you know the these Maga-fied Republicans don't know what the fuck they are doing.

I've never bought into a Diddy connection to Pac's murder. To me it was always simple, Tupac and Suge Knight beat some guy down in the Casino that night. A few hours later, that same guy got his revenge. Case closed.

Maybe it's money? He doesn't have the war chest the Dems have(On top of paying his lawyers), so maybe he's slowing down till after the DNC?

I'm totally fine with Spring being Primary season. But I think there is value on making Candidates do that retail politicking. Small events in people's living rooms and diners and so on. So you start in April, every two weeks a cluster of states, varying in size have primaries, it's over by July 4.

Then you've just created two election days and thats it own type of problem. Staggering out the Primaries in theory can help give lesser known, underfunded candidates a chance. If there is a National primary, then only the best funded candidates have a chance.

problem is, we're so stuck on the Iowa/new Hampshire "First in the Nation" crap. Everytime theve tried to juggle the Primary schedule a little bit, Iowa throws a fit. They are so set on being first, they almost moved their primary to December once.
