Still frustrates me that we missed several opportunities to have a modern light rail/tram system in this city over the last 20 years or so.
Whenever I'm in Manchester, it seems so ridiculous to not have a similar network in Liverpool.

Piers Morgan, a man so invested in the safety of women and girls.
Morgan was directly linked, via his position as executive editor at MGN group, to the hacking of Milly Dowlers phone, a 13 year old schoolgirl who had been abducted and murdered by Levi Bellfield.
He's a scumbag, pure and simple.

There are around 70,000 public EV charging points in the UK, with around 110,000 connectors, with 1,000 plus new chargers a month being commissioned.
There are also 900,000 home/business charging points in the UK.
I'd say the infrastructure was pretty solid for EVs already to be fair.

So utterly pathetic when he started turning to the crowd for support because he had no proper response.

Look, he's just a run of the mill multi millionaire, who bought 1000 acres, to shoot animals for fun, and avoid paying taxes, yet seemingly is getting zero sympathy.
I just don't get it.😶

I think what people aren't getting, is the previous customer base, probably isn't the future customer base.
Jaguar will no longer be building ICE cars, and will only be building high end luxury EVs.

20% of farms in this country are responsible for 80% of the UKs food production.
No wonder so many of them have time to piss about in London.

Propped up austerity that effected millions in this country, and prematurely ended the lives of thousands, but opposes the ending of tax loopholes for a small % of the top 4%.
At least we know what you party stand for.

Another interesting statistic I read yesterday in regard to farming in the UK, was that only 20% of UK farms, are responsible for 80% of food production in the UK, whilst only using 50% of the land they actually own.

Same.
No LBC on in the kitchen, keeping only a cursory eye on politics, and feel a whole lot better for it.

Indeed.
Oddly, since joining Bluesky,
I don't seem to be getting many likes in regard to my red hot takes on football and politics, from young attractive Russian women, like I did on 'X'.
Strange that.🙂

'Echo chamber' seems such a ridiculous term to use.
There is no other aspect in life where you purposely seek out, or surround yourself, with people you neither like, nor generally agree with, so why social media should or would be any different, is beyond me.
