Don’t have to like his policies. But 3 govts means some people obviously liked him. He was passionate. But political capital was spent. Canadians want change. Maybe if this happened two months ago it may have revived him. But he went out on a high note. He deserved that moment if you ask me

Regardless of political beliefs, I feel Chrétien was the greatest PM in my lifetime. He was an absolute beast on national and international stage. He would never have been bullied. We need more leaders like this. Ford deserves credit for leading provincial charge across political lines.
