If you’re talking incentive based additional pay, then yes. Just paying people more wouldn’t make the whole group work harder. Needs good management and alignment of objectives.

It’s true “too complicated” means I just end up using the same 3/4 perks. However things I like are (1) when the game forces me to select between two choices when I want both, and (2) the perks make a clear (but not overpowered) difference.
I also like it when perks act a little like real life……

The player should be met with cut and dry choices specifically tailored to one playstyle or another. Rather than being met with a convoluted multi-ability choice messes that feel watered down, unbalanced or haphazardly slopped together.

Prestige I agree with. Resetting weapon attachments I’m not so sure about. Depends on how much getting them back is a chore. But I appreciate you intend having less attachments than other games.
