We need something like this identifying the services all the fired people have been providing, while we demand an explanation of how these people were picked. Besides jobs, what else are we losing?

watch out for claw backs and insufficient funds fees,

Animal house toga party. Need film footage or nobody will believe it. The things people do when they don't know what they're doing! Firing ATC employees when ATC is already understaffed? What could go wrong? Already a big mess, and who is going to pay for cleaning it up? (its not the rich guys)

I would suggest this does not look like a "DOJ" action since that seems to suggest it is the institution doing this. It looks a lot more like the action of Trump and Bondi.

Given how Trump acts around Musk, it looks like he is setting Musk up to take a fall for him. As to reference to Gaza, that was about a claim of USAID funding that Musk asserted was to Gaza on the Mediterranean, while it was actually to a different Gaza in Mozambique. So much for meritocracy.

Very Nixonian

For a guy who many call a genius (Musk) this is one sad character. So many leap to conclusion mistakes, with so much at stake, how did he ever manage to keep Tesla afloat? My fav? Gaza in Mozambique, not the one on the Med. But, by delegating, Trump has someone to throw under the bus.

The more people know the more they will be able to make decisions for themselves. The less people know the more someone else will make decisions for them, and they may not even realize they are doing it. I am wondering where this fits in the groups you have identified?

5 fingers! You must not just say you see five fingers, you must believe it. (I hope that is not too obscure a reference)

Correct, not a mandate. A president should have more than 50% of the votes. More people voted for other candidates. Our election system needs updates to make this impossible. Like open primaries, instant runoff / ranked choice voting, campaign financing ... but just start with the first two.

So much for meritocracy and the best of the best? One more data point in the pattern of say one thing, do something else. Also a data point in the pattern of giving someone something they want but can't otherwise get, that can be taken away, and now they are under your thumb.

It's a Parrotocracy I tell you - a Parrotocracy. No merit here. (Off camera sound of a box of crackers being opened.)

Good point. They overlooked that humans would be involved, and there have always been some that will do things like this. This is not new, nor is our ability to forget. Too many are not well enough educated to be able to recognize this pattern.

GOP: "I'm shocked, shocked to find that dissembling is going on in here!" And the reply: “Oh shut up,” said the reptile with a grin. "You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me in!"

Parrotocracy, not meritocracy.

Was the supply chain disruption during COVID-19 bad? Gave companies a shock, but also an excuse to run up prices and profits. Who knew? We have already seen this before. Have we forgotten it already? Looks like some people have gotten sick from clickbait memory loss.

Buyer's market for recent year used EVs right now.

Buy a used recent year EV. Buyers market right now.

Excellent points. Tesla is no longer the only game in town.

Plenty of chargers and Apps to find them IMHO. It is minimal but sufficient for most long trips already. If you drive locally most of the time (i.e. not daily long haul) and if you have a driveway or garage (two big ifs) like us, we save over $200 a month charging at home vs paying for gas.

Expensive cars are all expensive. Car makers are focusing on pricey cars today. More profit, fewer workers. EV or not. Look past the clickbait and find the cheaper EVs. It's a buyer's market for used EVs right now. We just paid $29k for a $50k '24 EV. Or, just just do as you're told and complain.

Consider letting that burst of curiosity last a bit longer. This was not a brand marketing message. It is referring to bidirectional connection capability - both charging input and providing electricity output. Not all EVs can do that. Same for chargers. Not all chargers support it.

Current tax credit policy: www.irs.gov/credits-dedu... Qualifying vehicles: fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax2023.... Buyers' market for used EVs right now. Lots of good deals. Some can get up to $4k tax credit at time of purchase. This could change at any time as white house makes more sudden changes.

This is not the promised meritocracy. It is a Parrotocracy.

Would he care? Can't see it from his house. Borrow Melania's jacket.
