Low/no spice, you say? My interest is piqued.

Bloodseekers are flying Creature -1s, so there's no level limit. Just don't use tactics that make it impossible for the PCs to do anything.

Oh, yeah. The males bite each other with those canines. Females have much, much smaller canines.

He turned the tag (minimalistic eyes and an outline of an ysoki face) into this. Note 1: There's been a running gag of two PCs arguing whether vampires exist or not. Note 2: The gang is called the Crimson Queens And that's how we avoided a battle. #Starfinder #shenanigans

They caught us, but M'aiq has Charming Liar and critically succeeded, backed up by the other pahtra who exclaimed "Haven't you heard about the great Catsy!?", convincing them he had no idea it was a gang tag, and was simply completing what looked like an unfinished design. #Starfinder

I felt similar. Only exception is Kharlak. So I never even finished Act 1. Zero desire to waste time on a CRPG that's saturated with annoying or boring party members.

I couldn't correct ones that already exist in King Kong movies and shows. But if anything's wrong for new ones, that's on me. The biggest conundrum was figuring how to handle florafauna. I think I went with ICBN standards for them, not ICZN, but not 100% sure on that (it's been over a year).

I build mine in Notepad. The themes, backstory, and such are loosely written right after a basic ABCD/the same kind of byline you see on NPCs. Mechanics, like feat plans, are what I actually need to carefully write out, and take up the vast majority of space. I wouldn't remember them well otherwise.

And here's a bonus not-real pandabat that I drew at a vert paleo conference, prompted by some people making jokes about pterosaurs (which are not dinos, but are related to them).

Academia? Efficient? 🙃 But in seriousness, no. Getting a new reviewer at that stage is a long process in one already fraught with delays. There's also a shortage of reviewers right now, not unrelated to broader labor issues in the US.

Granted, I worked in a field where some of them might go on to submit things to peer review. At some point they'd likely encounter a stuffy reviewer, and I wanted them to feel empowered to rebuff or ignore when needed.

When I had students, I often recommended this one in spite of being a descriptivist, myself. I'm all for knowing the rules so you can break them with intent.

There are some ambient composers on YT who help me settle enough to write sometimes: Teravibe (moodsetting) and Stringscapes (calming). And Blue Turtle is an animator who picks good music that's a little more upbeat than theirs.

For reference, this is the set of menu options (under Admin Console > Generative AI > Gemini for Workspace) that SHOULD be available for everyone but are not.

Numbers done now, and combined two encounters that I realized should happen simultaneously. 🥳 Taily-po is ready for some *very* short notice playtesting before the con.

I was so bothered by the lack of numpad on my previous small laptop that I specifically bought one with so I could easily add special characters like em dashes again.

Heads up, the richburlew account on your list is a fake that's been causing problems. The real Rich Burlew's account is rich_burlew.

Yes, all, US (but fyi, used to work in a relevant field, in case including me would mess up your data)
