thehill.com/regulation/c... I don't believe Justice Roberts had a "come to Jesus moment" but rather when he granted trump immunity, he always held steady that he wouldn't have more power than the courts... My my... see how that's playing out now John?

It seems like when you write a decision giving the President king-like powers, you shouldn't be indignant when he acts like a king.

Is this the same guy who tore into people for criticizing judges when he spoke at the Justice Dept *checks calendar* just last week?

Pass it on

🚨 NEW: VoteVets is launching a six-figure ad blitz across TV, streaming, digital, and billboards—exposing GOP Veterans dodging constituents while Musk’s DOGE fires thousands of Veterans. They promised to fight for Veterans—now they’re silent. Stop Elon’s war on Veterans. Demand Congress act!

Unless you wear a red hat.

Can’t wait to hear what the Supreme Court has to say about this one

Violation of court order to deport a life-saving doctor. I think ICE has been assigned quotas.

Donald Trump has reportedly spent $18 million worth of taxpayer money to play golf since his inauguration. This is happening as he slashes the federal workforce, guts funding for vital programs, and tees up major cuts to Medicaid to pay for more tax cuts for the rich. Hello?

"Virginia’s unemployment claims have skyrocketed, jumping 81% compared to this time last year. Va House Republicans are willing to sabotage Virginians’ livelihoods and our economy just to prove their loyalty Trump and Musk." - VA @SpeakerDonScott bluevirginia.us/2025/03/tues...

Boycott Airbnb! They’re DOGE!

This is the definition of fascism.

Wondering why you're not seeing the American people's rising up across the country? Because suppression of information is what the 5 dictators across the world want. We're here. We're getting loud. We're getting rowdy. We're not backing down.🇺🇸🏴‍☠️ #SheShed #Voices4Victory #DemocracyWarriors

🚨BREAKING: 9th Circuit DENIES government's motion to pause federal court order requiring the rehiring of probationary civil servants who were terminated. A big win for democracy and a another defeat for Trump. Visit www.democracydocket.com for full coverage of this and all breaking democracy news.

Two sexual abusers chumming it up in the White House. Vile.

All this crap by Sec’y of the Treas Scott Bessent about not being worried about the markets “in the long term” is just pathetic. In the long term, as Keynes said in 1923, we’re all dead.

Donald Trump is treating federal courts like they are nosey neighbors, when they are really his probation officers.

When people talk about "American Exceptionalism" they now usually mean that Americans are exceptionally bad a running a country.

Chicago crowd tonight was *incredible*. Important for everyone to be spending time with each other right how. It may not feel like it right now, but we’re gonna win.

This is a coup! U.S. Institute for Peace called the DC police on the Musk team members in an effort to stop them from trespassing because the institute has control of its own building and the land it sits on. But instead, the DC police allowed them to enter and kicked out the institute’s officials.

I mean.

DOJ attorney having a temper tantrum. Go Judge Boasberg go!!! #legal #deportations #Hearing

In an overnight filing, Plaintiffs in the deportation case ask the Court to require immediate declarations under oath from the gov’t to determine whether it violated the court’s order to cease deportations & if necessary, turn planes around. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

French MEP Raphaël Glucksmann says the US should give back the Statue of Liberty: "We’re going to say to the Americans who have chosen to side with the tyrants, to the Americans who fired researchers for demanding scientific freedom: ‘Give us back the Statue of Liberty.’"

It has now been 56 days since the date that Trump promised he would easily end the war with one conversation, and the killing continues. He got in two rounds of golf this weekend though.

Just so that we’re all clear what’s happening here: The United States is deporting people without due process, sending them to labor camps in El Salvador, and paying the Salvadoran government for it.

This statement from AG Bondi is a disgrace. The judge did not “support” terrorists. He decided a case, based on facts and law, finding the requirements of the Alien Enemy Act lacking.

And when have they ever gotten something like this wrong….

Nothing to see here...

nice DMs babe... don't mind me, just having a little look around for your safety

These are terrible times — the worst I’ve lived through, and I’ve lived through some bad ones. But in hundreds of thousands of ways, you are beacon lights. You are the beginnings of positive change. robertreich.substack.com/p/a-sunday-t...

Chuck Schumer has a book tour starting this week. It would be a damn shame if people showed up to let him know how they feel about his capitulation on the short-term spending bill passed by the Senate Friday afternoon. @schumer.senate.gov

Canada put down an accent rug for lil Marco. 😭

ICYMI — here’s the lesson Schumer and the other Dems just taught them 👇🏽

🤣🤣

Hundreds of people gathered at Patriots Park right now in Tarrytown for a Stop the Cuts Rally — holding Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) accountable for his vote to decimate Medicaid.

I remember when Schumer refused to bring the Military Justice Improvement Act to the floor. It had 66 yes votes. I never got an answer as to why. They ended up watering it down and folding it into the NDAA.
