So here’s my personal impact story. I had been approved to be a Fulbright visiting scholar in a Latin American country (not naming to protect my proposed hosts) on the topic of feminist and gender archaeology. The approval for the project was retracted. I’m pretty sure that isn’t legal.

There is no snow melt in all of Connecticut, if reports are to be believed. We use the gentler (but not great) pet safe stuff, and that’s been out for a week and we bought the last of it at 2x the usual price. We have 4 inches of solid ice on the driveway, which I am chiseling away as I can. 🫠
