Mine updated and changed the default font on all emails, drives me nuts. When I think how long it took me to choose the last one, and then how to set it as the default, grrrr

I can't believe what I'm watching, no words strong enough to convey how appalling this is

I've never seen anything like this, appalling behaviour from a President and his VP.
They are so inarticulate, narcissistic and bullying!

Well done, it takes a lot of energy and you did it. I go to the cinema alone, it seems easier to sit in the dark, but I miss having someone to chat to about the film after. Not enough to want to be married again though! Xx

Sometimes I resort to lying still and telling myself at least I'm resting. Also, I nap in my car on my lunchbreak to try and catch up. π΄
Insomnia is a fine blend of frustration, exhaustion and anxiety. Down with Insomnia!!

I'm not long out a 10 year marriage. Had the uneasy feeling of being gaslit many times and dismissed it as paranoia! Now, looking back, I can see it for what it was and I'm becoming a healthier person alone.
You can make changes and you'll feel the benefit, good luck xx

I tried deleting Facebook last night and can honestly say it nearly drove to tears.
I eventually got to the page that had a button to delete the account and on pressing it, received a message saying there were technical difficulties and tk try again later! F%*Γ@##k

I visited Whitby a few years ago, it's so beautiful. And you get the feeling it would have looked very similar 50, 100, 200 years ago

*I didn't as I'm that confrontation averse π
I can't afford many more sessions, if any at all, but my therapist has helped save my life.
In a void of NHS capacity I'd spend the money again in the same situation.
And don't think I'll bother with a follow up with the MHN.

I eventually got an appt with an NHS MH Nurse today and one of the 1st things she did, after telling me a) there's a 2yr waiting list for therapy and b) there's no resources for ADHD assesment in our area, was criticise the private therapist for "unboxing all that trauma".
I nearly walked out.

I had no idea how much it has impacted my life. Every relationship, with family, friends and partners, and my children. It's been, and is, exhausting, but I've learned a huge amount about myself and many coping strategies. I'm working daily to improve my self-esteem and how I cope....

From Scotland, UK, I can't understand why no-one cares! Why is everyone looking the other way, or even worse, endorsing sexual abusers, rapists and drug addicts who are becoming high ranking politicians??

As well as including contact details for helplines at the end of an article, maybe someone should start a register of sexual assaults and rapes? I could list at least 7 incidents that have happened to me, and that's just off the top of my head.

Gisèle Pelicot has given me a way to think differently about the trauma in my past. Her words have touched so may women, I hope she will know the power and dignity she has shared.
I'm glad you are both safe now. X

Farage, not content with thinking he's The Messiah, also steals Santa's job and refuses to wear the suit, lest he doesn't get recognised!
