Definitely not, I’ve had times in the past that have almost killed me and I don’t think I could handle multiple at once

Remix used to ship with a “hey developer, you can do a better job handling errors than this” and link to the docs
Now I think it just prints plain text and logs the link to the docs

I like self closing but as long as they work in JSX I don’t really care what rules they use for HTML

isn't this just a lack of error boundary being set up?
no framework excuses devs who don't care

Is there a related issue when chrome dev tools are open? I’ve deleted react devtools and it doesn’t help here but this is way above my pay grade to debug

oh I didn't realize vercel put that there automatically, I was just testing whether I could deploy right when RR7 first launched but it required an update to vercel's builder script

Yeah there is a discoverability issue though where when people can’t find the config they need, they assume it’s not possible

I don’t think there’s a hard blocker, there’s just been way more important stuff to work on as they get a million users a week

Just finished it, there’s enough changes to the bobiverse you should at least read a synopsis before continuing I
But it could have been half the length or shorter

After I finished the 3 body problem (loved them) someone recommended Fear the Sky and it started strong but I had to stop it after the first terminator fight
Too much spy thriller, too little sci fi
I’ll probably finish the bob books though

I’m halfway through now, they’re more like otters but yeah this seems to be the whole plot
The other books were a bunch of little stories going on all at once
This one is much more singularly focused

ideal endgame is a framework that implements these dimensions well enough that you can switch between server-defined and client-defined as a lever per route/component

it's less about people not noticing it: people WILL see the dot, and they'll rightfully assume that means new posts
but that doesn't mean they'll notice it's a refresh button. I think this is fine anyway

sorry mixed up there – right is better once you know how it works, but also has no discoverability.
left is discoverable but clunky

definitely the right, the fewer floating action buttons the better.
BUT left has no discoverability. I see people regularly just discover that they can tap the home button to scroll up on twitter, even now

the treeshaking wasn't reliable with the old esbuild compiler, so on Vite there's a hard rule that all exports in a route must be considered client safe (except the remix loader and action)

fwiw I canceled mine and noticed zero downsides. no engagement drop or anything
if anything the site is faster because I can now tweet with no undo timer and change my bio with no review period

Love the colors, feels super inviting
Could bump the minimum height of the terminal to make the Copy button sit nice and remove some left padding on the output on mobile

-fr is objectively better for engagement, it unlocks three replies
1. French language pack
2. Remove For real
3. “isn’t it -rf???”
