It's a skilled job.You can't just hire anybody to do that sort of work. They have to pass all kinds of tests and go for extensive training. It will take a long time to replace all those people

The joint chief should file a wrongful layoff suit. He was only let go because he's black. He's way more qualified than the guy who's replacing him. I think he has a good chance of winning in light of the suit just re DEI decided by the court.
