UK followers. Please sign this petition to lift restrictions to prescribing puberty blockers for trans children. Last week I learnt Finasteride - the drug Alice was prescribed because her GP refused to administer a puberty blocker - causes suicidal ideation. The PB ban puts trans youth at risk.

4 February 1925 | A French Jewish woman, Ginette Kolinka (née Cherkasky), was born in Paris. She was deported to #Auschwitz from Drancy in April 1944. She was transferred to Bergen-Belsen and then to Theresienstadt. She survived. Today she turns 100.

Did you know that if the Special school place funding had tracked inflation, there would have been a cumulative additional £1.4 billion pounds (based on an average 100,000 children in the system) allocated to Special schools. ALL behaviours are communication. This is still an area I see massively misunderstood in far too many schools😞sanctioning a child for unmet needs is never OK. It’s discriminatory at worst and cruel at best - not a good look. I also question how it fits with Teaching Standards🫤 #SEND #autism #ADHD
