After Trump put Doge into action and I was worried about the mining of my Social Security data,I was told by a close family member to just "relax". I'm not relaxed, are you?!?

Matej and Apollonia Sedlon Benishek came to Manitowoc County from Tabor, Bohemia in 1871. They sailed to New York, immigrating into the US before Ellis Island. They had several children, inc my Grand Dad, Frank, who was 8 at the time. How'd they get from NYC to Manitowoc WI? By train, ship, other??

Fair enough! Your explanation makes some sense. But, when do Dems stand up and say, "No, no no." (Thinking of Amy Winehouse's "Ain't Goin' to Rehab".) Feels like we're getting "rolled", in a flophouse; instead of breaking into being the lead.

Best quote of the day! BTW, I grew up in the Fox River Valley. My Dad and four older brothers always voted Republican. They saw me as the "Pink-o" in our family, and would pick political fights with me.

Leaving Ukraine and other democratic European allies in a lurch, after all these 80+ years, is a deep shift in our position in the world. It will go down in world history. I believe those who staged this, will be remembered as traitors.

I have to wonder: What info does Putin have on Trump and Congressional Republicans to blackmail them into betraying Ukraine and the NATO alliance?

It's apparent that Trump and Republican "leaders" are betraying our country and our Constitutional Republic. They will be remembered as traitors. On the wrong side of world history.
