Mostly chaos, cos ADHD. When pushed, APA, cos that's what we used. I hate the one that uses numbers in brackets because I like to see name and date, as I would often know the reference.

Vogel's gluten free breads - my favourite is the chia and sesame. It doesn't even have to be toasted to be delicious. Quality Bakers Muffin splits and Venerdi gluten-free muffins. I don't bother with cakes and biscuits anymore although classic sponges!
