it’s been customary each year for the sitting president to sign a proclamation reaffirming Dr. King’s legacy and the observance of MLK Jr. Day trump was handed the proclamation to sign at the very end of his session of signing all of his executive orders and it appears that trump refused to sign it

One thing before tomorrow: Use your local libraries. Get your card. Borrow books, manga, films, audios, ebooks. Recommend titles for purchase (usually online). Attend promoted activities. Fill out those "How are we doing?" questionnaires. Tell your kids that libraries are good. They are. 📚
