Another interesting bit ā the Dong Khoi street used to be known as āRue Catinatā. I keep noticing the coffee chain āKatinatā around Vietnam. Maybe itās named after this street? (Which in turn is named after a French general)
Anyway, hereās a Katinat branch on the former Rue Catinat!

Many of the other buildings in the book have been demolished to make way for the modern shopping district ā the Dong Khoi street.

They seized approximately 75 dogs, out of which 74 were surrendered. So approximately one is left.

True, I work on a open-source database which has a 4-month release cycle & there's a QA team for that part of the product.
There's also a closed source managed service, which is updated continously. For this, we only rely integration tests + monitoring.

If someone wouldāve asked me 10 days ago, I wouldnāt have thought this was possible.
I have learned that it comes down to endurance, not speed. Speed may come later, but first I need to go steady and be consistent!

I think the reason is that engagement is not as high as people thought it'd be. Only for people with big audiences already

I have started writing little notes/thoughts over on my own site (https://palash.co), some technical, others not so much. These may eventually turn longer, refined posts, but currently I like to let them linger.

Burned out after 5 years, I took a 6-month sabbatical & lived in a house on the beach, learning to cook. Worked for another startup, took another sabbatical, and now I freelance!
