That sort of being my point. If you work in an education business don't be surprised when the people who run the business make commercial decisions about what you are going to get paid. I'm a qualified teacher for context and now work on adult education.

If they have the relevant qualifications they should get a job in the state sector where they will be paid according to national pay scales.

My thought tends to be how did those dullards manage to accrue that amount of cash? .......or you'll be divorced within a year having to spend that much time together with nowt else to do.

Or research and development tax relief. I assume the "author" was chatgpt when asked the question "write me an advert to attract 100 19-25 year old coke heads who were too bat shit crazy to even work in recruitment"

There's no limits apparently....well apart from the top of the pay scale at £45k that is......doesn't mention the benefits ...I assume 20 days holiday and free NOZ in the bogs.

I had the misfortune of Berry being the MP for the place where I live. The neighbouring constituency of Bury North had the Tefal Headed throbber James Daly....what a time to be alive it was, but the end for both of them was worth staying up until 4am for.

Saw this on the way home from work on Wednesday night heading towards Bury. Registered in Albania I think. An absolute monstrosity it is too.

Agree. A few things GLP has pushed recently have been disappointing.

Indeed as boring and unsatistactory as this sign off seems it was probably many months in the lead up and not under YCs tenure. The cost probably would have been far in excess of £25m if they had u-turned.

Thankfully Tefal head got voted out not long after in the adjacent constituency to mine of Bury North. He's not missed by the majority of his former constituents.

That's a really interesting piece. My son is an aspiring U15 keeper and he found this a great article for him to self evaluate his current development and performances. Thanks Aidan.

560 votes they got on a 16% turnout in a ward with a high over 50s population I don't think is that significant. It's a sad indictment of my old home town but at this stage not too concerning I would have thought.

My pet hate is when a TV show is filmed in an area you know and a character drives from one place to another and you know you'd never go that way in a million years.

...have a bit of respect mate....there's nothing more "man of the people" than a £55k per year education, getting gifted a wedge to buy a flat in earls court and then your gran sorting you out with even more cash to do it up. A very similar story to his fellow street urchin Rishi.

Indeed some tough times ahead I fear but we all have to play our part to make the world we can impact as best as it can possibly be.

I think Hopkins was a one off, an absolute nut job who happened to be on the telly which amplified her exposure therefore her despicable views. This lad is just an example of someone with extremely limited ability and no self awareness who regularly gets smoke blown up his backside by sycophants.
