I work in a 43 bed icu,the number you suggest that change is an extreme overreach. Most come dressed in scrubs for the day and night. Shifts exist not all staff are deployed at the same time. There are wards not everyone works at the same ward. 750000 staff don’t change at the same time same place.

Everyone has a fundamental right to privacy and safety within a space. It appears that we need to restructure bathrooms and change spaces so a person can dress and undress without been confronted or made to feel uncomfortable. Perhaps open plan change areas are now outdated.

Happiness is the antidote for fatigue. Wars, death, genocide, racism, Trump, Murdoch, media, guns are the antihesis to happiness. Where we have the scales of happiness smothered by hate mongering we will always be fatigued and despairing. Hope can be exhausting if it is never realised.
