You say you fight against misogyny but you need to stop with the pet names.

I'd like to. It's just so incredibly rude when this comes up and everyone says the same things about the movie over and over and I'm just sitting there confused.

Was it really torment, though? So sad graduates feel this way.

This isn't Twitter. Stop this misogyny.

The kids really like it. I think I grew out of it because of the corporatism myself, but I don't need to ruin it for the young ones just yet. Life is hard enough.

I know it's a cultural phenomenon, but I've just never understood the appeal of Lord of the Rings. Can someone help me understand?

One of our older kids was asking about this. Canada isn't too far away from where we are, but I don't have the funds to send him there myself. I worry he will suffer if he does it himself, but I can't call the parents about something like this. :(

Please don't use the word "oriental." They prefer the term Asixn.

I don't think I was being manipulative or anything, but I got two other people to sign up last night while I was crying. Let your emotions, pain, and yes, even hatred fly forth and bring others to the light.

I can't afford this! What do I do

It's okay to make them read during class. Assigning the reading as homework usually leads to poor results, even if you think they're discussing it all in class. We're also instructed to consider audio books, as the children are very busy like everyone else.

True. It's going to take a long time to undo millennia of male-centered science.

That's cool. Should we rename that galaxy?

My students love this! Except a few of them

Any discussion of tariffs gives credence to their supposed viability. Please don't.

It's a big deal now though. Their ignorance at the time isn't an excuse.

I used to like some of the glam stuff too. And maybe they lived in an era where they couldn't transition like you can now, but more and more it bothers me that they were using womxnface and appropriating the style of real people fighting for suffrage.

White picket fence was always the racial dog whistle we think it was. Conveniently not pictured here are all the Japanese because they're in the internment camps.

While Ebonics is important for a complete education, the SAT and testing in general has no place in a colorblind society.

The Hubble one is objectively better though. One of my students is colorblind, how much I don't know, but he can see the details in the other one better. The James Webb team just doesn't seem to care. 🥲

I was reminded of him this Halloween. I'm really sad they cut out the sexual exploration in the It movies. That kind of censorship has no place in modern society.

Please don't speak Germxn on Bluesky. It's already toxic enough.

Those shows were presented by men. That's fine, but make sure you're also balancing it out with modern television programs to raise good children.

It's not just emissions. Parcel runners are typically paid per the number of deliveries on a route - my husband is a fedex driver - and the rates go up during winter solstice. Over 70% of parcel runners voted in dangerous ways, so all you're doing is giving more money to people who hate you.

This is a highly suggestive image. Too much for my students.

It's not just that. Training an AI on aspects of biology is basically stealing the life and work of others. If your body is your own, you don't want some cheap LLM making up things using your DNA as the building blocks.

The proper action would be to report the incident to student services. It might not qualify as misogyny, but the end result is still the silencing of she/her voices. The assistant professor might remember this interaction and choose to not speak in the future.

Can you make it bigger for us near-sighted individuals?
