Clench your jaw. Drink only caffeine. Don’t go to bed until 3 AM. Forget to eat anything until 6 tonight and then eat 2.5 plates of pasta. We’re in this together.

It is better to indulge momentarily in “bad habits” for the sake of your mental health and focus on getting better in the long term than force better habits that make you feel mentally worse and burn yourself out and make you give up.
Okay, bagels are my comfort food. Even when anxiety has diminished my appetite, i'm just like, well, at least I can have a bagel with an unholy amount of cream cheese.
