Hello. Here’s a holiday cake for you. My wife is a professional recipe writer and is currently out of work and I’m trying to persuade her that her recipes are amazing. And there’s no bullshit narrative. Just recipes that work.

I appreciate that your wife included the “Equipment Needed” section. That’s good info to have at the outset, especially if you’re planning to do your baking/cooking in someone else’s kitchen.
This may lure me out of my funk long enough to try and assemble the ingredients for this...

I just subscribed, thank you!
Looking forward to reading your new book, too!
My mom made a similar raw cranberry relish but she added an unpeeled red apple to the mix
It was a riff off of a Helen Corbit 1969s era recipe that was very popular in Texas
Might have to make one of each, you know. Just to compare.

If you find a food blogger you really like, esp if you use adblockers, try to buy something from them (like a cookbook, eh?)
Amateur bloggers trying to make a living get sympathy and a fast scroll
Just to clarify—we sign up for your Patreon and your wife’s recipes are included?

Thank you! The narrative that hides the instructions is so annoying.
Sounds delicious.
