I rather go for snake eggs.
Alternatively, freeze dry everything (no, not pets or cool wild animals), make collages out the stuff and sell as original art.
Or, use it occasionally and think about the new tires you could’ve put on your vehicle.
Eggcellent trial & error tested recipe:
Break egg into cup, mix white/yolk, stir in 1/8 teaspoon salt, cover muffin tray & place in freezer 6-8 hours, remove from liners and place in freezer bag/container.

If it wasn't for the perfectly uniform yellow color, (a side effect of turning the freeze dried eggs into a powder in a food processor), apparently they would be indistinguishable.
The real question is: could he claim the freeze dryer as a business expense?

You freeze dry raw eggs, then put the result through a food processor and you end up with... powdered eggs
Most kinda realize after a while the juice isn't worth the squeeze if they're not making money from it.
Freeze dried mixed veggies is apparently really popular, as is beef stew.
