A good tuna melt is my favorite post-holiday lunch, when you need something light and fresh, but still need to scratch that diner food itch.
Just don't forget the salad part of the tuna salad, nobody wants a hot cat food sandwich.
After 40 years in this house, finally got a propane tank and gas stove installed. That instant sizzle! Tomorrow, apple jam inside! I had a glass top electric stove so I have been canning outside on a camp stove.
