We're gonna look back on this era and be so baffled and infuriated about how much time the media spent complaining about DEI trainings. Yes some of them are silly but overall, companies recruiting minorities and trying to create less hostile workplaces is good!

Coke is often used as a a positive case study of an organization that did diversity right (after a bruising loss in an anti-discrimination suit). Conservatives claim to be free marketers, but by forcing companies to end anti-discrimination policies, they put bigotry over profits.

It’s a simple concept
Racism/misogyny are a hell of a drug
They're not really giving up on DEI at all. They're just hiding it b/c they're maximizing return for investors by collaborating with the dictatorship
We wouldn't have much life at all without genetic diversity
The same thing happened with the climate investing projects. If people want to invest their money that way there is no reason they shouldn’t be able to.

MSNBC? Ha.
like some people actually do need to hear that shit
They don’t classify them that way and they do hire on their quals.
Supporting diversity is normal and cool
A lot of social norms have changed, and it was more instructive like "use people's pronouns", stick up for coworkers, don't comment on pregnancies
It’s good for motivation, productivity and innovation.
