The owl wouldn't look straight at them from that distance is my understanding. It's achieved by parking yourself under their nest which stresses them out greatly. Hopefully I'm wrong and this guy wasn't upset.

2. A link to the author's site or profile is needed, not just a name.
3. How sure are you that the aggregator isn't going to lie about the "name" for the sake of convenience?

4. Because the amount of stealing far outweighs the amount of acceptable use, we should default to assuming that everything is stolen unless the aggregator account has been vetted that they are following an acceptable process and compensating and/or crediting creators appropriately.

In this specific case they did credit the photographer, however if you scroll through their posts, you'll see this was an exception. And even if someone does credit the photographer, they might still not have permission to reupload it. Accounts like that are just bad.
