I understand “conspiracy theories” divert attention from actual stuff when it comes to qanon shit but I also feel like that being so outlandish has stigmatized actual things rich people do that are terrible. Sometimes rich and powerful people do in fact conspire to do things that are terrible.

Yeah, I really need to get a credit card (they aren't as ubiquitous here in Germany as in the states) to pay things online. So far, PayPal had been the much easier solution, but it's becoming more and more cancelable every day.

I was the only one with a paypal account, so I handled it all.
Paypal froze over $6k of our money for months until they just gave it back randomly with zero explanation. Never used them again.
