It’s about when my current fixed term job ends. I’ve been given a non conditional guarantee that my next position, which starts in 2 years, will be tenured.
I’ve actually known for a few months but was just waiting until everything was ironclad. Union has reviewed everything so I’m quite confident my next position will be permanent! Currently on a fixed term contract pegged to my ERC.
