You now have me wasting time on Google maps, trying to work out which building on which street has the mystery tunnel. It is on a line between Old College and Jeffrey St, but I am not sure how far along that line.

I puzzled about it a wee bit too! The "tunnel" isn't visible from street level as far as I can see; Google Earth is useful as a last resort.
