Chips and cheese is a meal from the gods, I could eat it everyday until the day I die. Well that and pizza, but that's a different rant all together 🤣🤣
I’ll admit, the gravy is a little odd. But I do like it when I’m in Canada.
I guess it’s like chocolate mint ice cream. Mint, fine. Chocolate fine. Together, gross!
Poutine is made with brown gravy. Poutine, which means "mess" in French comes out of Quebec (French speaking Canada). Brown gravy/sauce would be more common.
NYC diners they were all on the menu for late night meals after the bars. Pretty much get anything ya wanted. Gotta love a restaurant that serves any meal at any time of the day. 😂
Fun fact, Putin’s name is spelled as Poutine in French. The night he attacked Ukraine the Canadian leaders put out official statements, in English & French as is custom, & the French ones referred to him as Poutine. It was a spark of light on a terrible night.
A war stronger and more difficult than rockets in Gaza. They won't tell you.About it in the media: Items by the 1 kilo ,A liter of vegetable oil $12.5,sugar $17 flour,$25,gas $85,onions $12,potatoes $12 Your simple donation is great for us.I hope you will contribute. We need you now https://gofund.me/d616bc78
We have 2 great fry trucks too close to us for my poor waist to handle, one owned by a parent from my former school. Sometimes poutine, others just salt & vinegar. Trying to keep it to one visit each year but missed last year. Have to make up for that. 😉 Dangerous for sure but well worth it. 😋
I call it "squeaky cheese". I LOVE those little nuggets!! I eat them as is. Once I had them beer battered & fried, I know it is probably not as good as Poutine but it was GOOD!
Getting a tad extreme there. Although we do plan to visit Montreal this summer. We went last summer but a week wasn’t enough time to see everything on our itinerary. So we will go back.
My oven has air fry. The fries are very crispy. Oddly, finding curds seems to be my biggest issue. Which is weird because the Tillamook cheese factory is a few hours away. They should try making clotted cream, but that's for a different war.
I mean absolutely no disrespect. When I read the initial post, I missed the context and truly thought they were referencing disco fries. I have deep respect for my neighbors to the North, as well as their poutine.
I'm very happy for 🇨🇦. I'm going to have to pass on the Poutine. Just can't wrap my brain around it. However, I'll have pancakes and maple syrup in solidarity. 🙌🏽
Darth, we really appreciate the support. Positive vibes and funny skeets are also a great way to show solidarity that won’t result in you questioning your life decisions tomorrow morning.

We love you Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️

All good.
I guess it’s like chocolate mint ice cream. Mint, fine. Chocolate fine. Together, gross!

The Tick Tock Diner on Rt 3
If they’re not curds then it’s an insult.
Cheese CURDS. Put cheddar in there and the RCMP will show up at your door.
Hot gravy. It needs the higher temp to melt the curds.
If you are going to do it, do it right.
Yom! 😋
If I believed in Heaven I would be certain it came from there
Nah, never that, I'll take the poutine.
Not pancakes and maple syrup… just maple syrup!
Viva la Canada! 🇨🇦
From 🇨🇦
I recommend following it with a pecan tart.
"Quebecois", dish of french fries, cheese curds and gravy
otherwise it's NJ disco fries.
Cheese curds (aka squeaky cheese) and a proper beef / chicken poutine gravy.
If you're going to go all in with cholesterol you have to do it Quebecoise correct. 🙂
cheese, Eggs,
It is excellent.
Sorry, Sherman Inn in Wolf Point was advertising steak poutine and I got it on the brain.
Also, CRISPY fries.
