Errands are for mornings in my opinion. Once the clock has struck noon it's time to start "settling in" on the way to winding down time (8 pm) followed of course by bedtime (10 pm)

But I need the whole morning to prepare for the errands! And most of the afternoon! What time is it? 4:30? Ah, no time for errands now, maybe tomorrow.
Being an insomnicidal maniac, I'm never in bed by 10, I'm usually just getting started
of course, being asleep before sunrise, is a good night's sleep for me
This is true because you want to be among the flow of go getters and doers. Life gets complicated when those groups meet the slouchers, waifs, and non-deciders.
I used to go to Costco at opening time. Then I moved and the new Costco is swarming at opening time so I have to go near closing time now. Ruined Costco for me.
It's not healthy to suddenly start settling in like that. Your should give yourself an extra couple of hours to let your body shift naturally into settling in mode.
I work the graveyard shift and nothing delights me more than going to an empty grocery store at 9:00 p.m. just me and the employees thank you very much. 🥰
hot climates adapt us to this because you have to get your errands done so you can be indoors earlier. those layabout scandis can perform tasks well into the evening and that's why they're all jaded police detectives with insomnia, gay 48 hour ravers or night owl serial killers

If it's 1pm, the exercise will just have to wait 😌
Me at 8am: Errands are for evenings
By 5pm I should not be allowed to drive.
