To save time at the joints just run the knife thru the tendons and then hit the limbs against something hard and they should just snap off. Cutting thru bone is a waste of energy. Unless you have a power sawβ¦
remember, open up the big arteries and let the body hang for a while if it's a recent kill, helps with the blood, and always cut with the grain, not against it
