He isn't just the president, he is also drawn, in his first appearances, to look and act like Trump. And after those early appearances he feels like the Ben Garrison mythic Trump.

Luckily Araki's prose is very non-Trumpian. Trump couldn't ponder the napkin.

Jojo has been pretty lefty coded for a while. Araki's bread and butter move of tracing his (muscular, half naked) male characters in poses (of women) he saw in fashion magazines means you get a lot of great, queer shots.
