Not sure yet. I’m submitting a cozy mystery, but most of my other works are fantasy or have speculative elements in both Adult and YA. I like characters and setting first.
Working on a mystery short story right now to get more practice with the genre. Fun but tough for my brain!

Hi Megan!
In the editing process how do you deal with stories that may need more scenes/depth added rather than removed?
What are some cozies (fantasy + mystery) you’ve liked recently?

Hi Natasha!
What are some common pitfalls you see authors make in their submission packages/queries?
Bonus - Have you ever crocheted something writing/book related?

Hi fellow Allison!
I was curious if you have a preference or difference in what you like when it comes to second world fantasy settings vs. real world fantasy settings?

Here to tell folks to pick Miranda! Last time I tried #RevPit she was one of my picks and she is immeasurably helpful and generous whether you 'win' or not <3

You immediately conjured the feeling I got from reading The Sacrifice by Rin Chupeco, so I’d say that’s spot on. Thanks for your time!

I'm a big scaredy cat so Horror has never been my genre, but I respect it immensely. In your opinion what's something Horror does well that's not as common in other genres?
