That guy just punished the opposing offenses so hard, by the fourth quarter they would be so tired/scared of getting hit by Sanders they would just give up trying to stop him.

I was done with Threads when they took down a response in which I referred to James Carville as a “cracker”

I mean, he seems a little nicer than Herschel Walker, but no less “I played sports and now someone is paying me to say outrageous shit because MAGA, and they thought it would be hilarious if I won, and look: Tommy Teletubby won, so why not?”

OK. It appears that you might be an anxious person. Other than trying to make other people anxious, what's the purpose of this post? Those who want to see Vance as the creep he is will see that. Those who want Trump to win will think he's brilliant. Walz will handle himself just fine

I know. Why does he have to do all the work? If there were even half a dozen senators like him, they might get stuff done

Her ubiquity is fairly shocking and I’m kind of frightened for her because of all the attention. I don’t blame her for not wanting to wade into politics at this time

Why is this a story? Who gives a crap if Caitlin “liked” Taylor Swift’s post about supporting Kamala Harris’ bid to be president. Millions of others also liked it. If she chooses not to reveal her political preferences, that’s her right. Move on

Why do we still not know the name of the individual who allegedly assaulted the Arlington employee. The employee declined to press charges, for fear of retribution by Trump thugs. C’mon, Washington Post, this is in your backyard

"Well," his campaign manager advises, "why don't you say your opponent likes to fuck pigs?" The candidate protests, "But he doesn't, does he?" And the campaign manager answers, "No, but can you picture him denying it?"

From a 2009 Atlantic article: Lyndon Johnson used to tell a story about a candidate for County Commissioner in East Texas. He's falling far behind, and so he asks his campaign manager what he should do.

This is why I canceled my subscription. So pathetic to prostitute an occasionally fine news organization to elect a would-be tyrant who will bring ruin to the already weakened Fourth Estate. We will not forget your betrayal to democracy

Sad that’s what Iowa Democrats are clinging to these days.

What’s the upside of coming out against Biden remaining? Saying nothing would be prudent at this point. Do they think it will somehow ingratiate them with independent voters? I know it would tick me off if I lived in either of those districts. Iowa Dems are so deep in the weeds. Get new advisors!

I’m sorry, Jeremiah. I was gone all day and just got back to see this post. You understood what I was saying, and the “leftist” guy did not. None of us is threatening to send anyone to camps, but if you actively work to make sure that fascists win, those folks dream of camps happening
