I do use the zeiss airy scan a lot and really like it. I actually have had really service from zeiss. Abberiors Stedycon has had excellent service and is great product. ASI doesn't really do software, but love the company and their products and support. Worst microscope is biotek cytation.

This is a good way to frame it, lol!

This, fortunately, doesn't change much for me. Facebook was already stupid before this so I essentially just used it for the market place and that's it.

It's exactly why I'm here. The hatred people have over anything dolphins is irrational and stunning.

That is crazy to think about. I did a little math, 20 students x 6 classes x 15k a year = 1.8 million. Thats 16 credit hrs a semester. 6 classes = 18 credit hours so 1 million for the 18 taught and you get 50k. Not saying these are your exact numbers. How can the product get <5% of the revenue?

Well of course he is. Fox News sold out, now you need to be as radical as news max tells you to be, lol. At least that's how it is according to my dad.

I got paid 5k to do a course at UMass Boston. It was an experience, but way too much work for that amount of money. That's the first and last time I made and taught a course as it's just not worth it.

I thought college was stupid and you just threw away money going to it so I don't see how it's a good point in the argument to say women go to college more than men. What about trades or going to the military? Isn't that where it's supposed to be at now a days?

That and the old school four lokos were the cheapest, best pregames drinks!

I believe this. Just don't know how to get them to see it. Maybe their face needs eaten off, but then it might be too late. Maybe I'm just tired. It kinda feels like reality is whatever your declare it to be and nothing matters.

It sucks. I just don't know what to do anymore. It kinda feels like people just want this and we were defeated. The internet just kinda feels like a place I'm not wanted on anymore.

It's just social media. Unless you want every post to be a well thought out dissertation so that it covers all nuances and caveats in the topics, then assumptions and caveats will be baked in for brevity.

I have individual issues with my current ideals. As time goes on, I feel that there is no collective power to achieve the ideals I once held and it's hopeless overall so just cash out and pump and dump this planet. That doesn't make that a good stance. Just a defeatist one.

All the reasons he voted against them aren't entirely on him. Politics, religion and propaganda convinced him it was for the greater good. He was wrong, but I'm the end, he isn't the one to pay the price. That's for his descendents to deal with.

You as an individual might hold much different views. Context in this thread were a granular viewpoint, not individual. If your ideals and voting pattern deviated from standard boomers, then you aren't to individually blame. My dad holds certain ideals and then voted against them every chance he got

Exactly and it's accurate on a sweeping generalized scale which is what drives policies. In this case the finger pointing is accurate when explaining what has happened in this country as they have drove a half century of politics.

It's not your individual fault. It's the collective fault of your entire generation. Being the largest voting body since the late 60s, your generation's overall ideals have determined this countrys direction.

My first in person game was 2014 against the chargers. The phins dominated the chargers and a couple old fans in front of me told me that they never leave games early thinking the dolphins won because until the clock says 0, that team has enough time to figure out how to lose the game, lol.
comment in response to post
I also like to tell people that bring a dolphins fan helps me be better about losing because your only choice is to accept it or be forever angry. That translates to having that numb feeling when watching the big games. Even if they do well and get a big lead, I know they will mess it up.

I'm from Indiana and your age, Marino sucked me in in the late 90s. I always tell people that Marino forgot to tell me what was going to happen after he retired. I feel the exact same way about big games. I talk the team up and I know they will just pull the rug out from under me.

Is there a single media source left that isn't just a mouth piece for billionaires? Maybe the onion?

Certain parts are automated after lots of validations, but they still need human intervention in other parts to make them actually accurate. This is with running similar samples over and over again, let alone new unknown samples.

I do a ton of multiplex imaging and this is so misguided. We use all of the AI tools and some custom math morphology ones and I would never trust it in a hands off fashion. Outside of the very best images, all take lots of individual tweaking to really get the data to reflect what the images should.

He better get them down. It's all I kept hearing about in the election. No excuses.

My dad had a friend who was like that. Refused to get health insurance, got bad kidney damage and had an over 100k med bill and was offered aid from an organization to pay for it and he couldn't snap it up fast enough.

I'm a girl dad and my daughter loves getting into stuff. Second Christmas for her and only ornaments and decorations if they are way out of her reach.

Maybe make that last line I'm just mad that women can choose and didn't choose me. Also, gaurantee they can get a women and not even change their would view. They just might need to do what they are angry at women not doing for them, which is settle.

This is interesting and lines up. Years ago Omar got me into that their grades don't make sense for most categories, but this isn't even close to a respectable attempt at grading qb play.

Assuming he is good with a backup role and backup pay, I'm good with it. Not sure if they want a specific type of player and if he fits that mold, but he seems good enough for that role to me.

I just deleted it and it's been great. That other place is dead. It's a dead place for information as well as being dead to me.

I agree. It's refreshing here. I'm actually enjoying social media again.

This is cool! Looking forward to learning more and of course I always have a soft spot for Purdue as it's where I went for undergrad.
