Yes! My son, who has no beef with Santa or the Easter bunny, wanted a serious understanding of how, precisely, she planned to enter this room. Was she just gonna barge in the door? Through the window? Could she pass through walls somehow?!?

You definitely shouldn't file anything with the DC Bar:

It would be a damn shame if the DC and Virginia Bars, where Brett Shumate is licensed, found out that he was making bad-faith unconstitutional arguments.

Completely agree as to crime And immigration. Inflation is slightly different. It is not now and hasn’t been a real problem in some time. The problem is that the actual time of high inflation lead to higher prices that persist (which is normal). Our media, however, portray this as an ongoing crisis/

I mean, fair. I’m generally a “let in the roids guys” guys if they warrant it, but no on Rose, I see The Astros as some kinda middle case.

I don’t mean this to be antagonistic or anything, genuinely curious: why no Beltran? Sign stealing?

One more point on this excellent insight: This applies to all aspects of practice. Be a professional, be confident, but be you. In court, with clients, depositions, meet and confers. You’ll feel better if you’re authentic, and others will react to you better.

Couldn’t agree more.

4) Go easy on yourself. A mentor in my first year in practice told me that you need to know two things - First, whether you win or lose is not a reflection on your ability as a lawyer. Second, and more importantly, your ability as a lawyer doesn't define you as a person.

2) Don't spike the football. Like at a deposition, if you think you've convinced them on a tough point, move on and don't look back unless they make you. 3) On the same note, if you're winning, don't feel compelled to go through your whole outline or use all your time.

1) Don't evade the question, but if you're really not sure what it means, don't try to answer it, but restate it to make sure you're answering the question, i.e. "If I'm understanding your honor's question correctly, you mean X?" They say yes - answer; they say something else - answer that question.

This is genuinely deranging. I never liked these stupid books but I had no idea about this.

So I've thought about this a lot, having seen these movies a lot, and I agree 100%. There's, like, a *tiny* glimpse into this when she creates Marshmallow, who ends up as a cutesy side thing in later projects but in the movie definitely tries to kill her sister. That's what the real Elsa would be.
