Seven years old, my parents snuck me into Alien at the local drive-in by hiding me in the back of their station wagon (guessing the babysitter fell through). I remember falling asleep right before John Hurt's chest exploded (thankfully).

Been suffering something similar for a few months now, my advice, ice on the back and ibuprofen, along with gentle exercise like walking. Don't give into the temptation of the heating pad as I did (only worsened the inflammation and stymied the healing process).
