Also, this isn't a gotcha, physical media is still important. All physical media has its weaknesses, whether manufacturing defect, "it makes its own oxygen" raging infernos or vinegar syndrome. It's still better than a Zaslav being able to delete all digital access with a touch of a button.

March 6, 2011—I photographed Chef Cleveland Perkins at JC’s Tavern, once across from Siam Cafe on E. 40th & St. Clair. He worked there for 6 years, taking great pride in his craft. When I asked about his consistency, he simply said: “Man, this is my profession.”
