I got a dose last week and I'll go ahead and get another in a month or so. It's stressful being in Texas with the uncertainty. 😖

That's super helpful, thx! I was born in '95 and homeschooled. There was no requirement in college b/c I lived off-campus.
My mom wasn't antivax but she was a bit of a hippie who moved around a lot, so I suspect it's pretty likely I fell thru the cracks.

Q that I couldn't find good info for w/ google: if you're (possibly/likely) missing childhood doses entirely, do you need 1 or 2 as an adult?
Context: the "sporadic" healthcare mentioned above + missing records.

I love how colorful it is! Super inspiring. Next time I'm at my parents' house I'll need to go hunt in the attic for my drop spindle!

Sounds like @jtauber.com needs a new project. 😅😅

I imagine different projects use different approaches. I know the toki-pona (another conlang) project is based on the original languages.

Oh yes they were mine! It was by choice, and I did love my sweet Saanen girls.

Yes! In fact I just did a walk-in at Costco and it took about ten minutes.

Right?! I couldn't go on trips for three years in highschool because I was milking goats 2x/day! That is not a fun retirement plan!
And I don't want to have to do it because society collapsed either!

I am very happy with my computer job and find it funny how many of my coworkers have a dream to "retire and start a farm." I did enough manure shoveling as a kid - I think I'm good.

💯 agree. If I'm around to help people, I'll do it. But showering in cold water and eating beans all the time is something best done only by choice.

No but once you start using package managers, you have even more ways to make your path confusing. 😁😁

I'd like to see the same poll done internally. This house is divided against itself and feels about to topple.

Waiting for the bots to pick up a follow-reply-unfollow habit.
Wonder if there's a way to flag that activity... 🤔

For them he's just using his tools (same tools as any other president had) to stop corruption and reduce spending and secure the border.
But because we have been fascist so long (at a scale much easier to ignore) it's hard to say he's doing anything truly new.
It's hard to argue.

Exactly this makes a lot of conversations with my trump-supporting friends and acquaintances difficult.
Gitmo / detainment camps already exist. The entire surveillance apparatus created post-9/11 already exists. Ditto extensive application of EOs w/o Congress.

I just saw you were looking for trees. If that's a deal-breaker don't come to ND. We have gorgeous rolling prairie hills and dark lakes that reflect our creamy blue sky. Neighborly people, and local agriculture.
Not a lot of trees. 😅

If you're set on Maine that's obviously a different story. But my husband and I spent some time looking at NH and decided there just weren't quite enough job opportunities.

How does he feel about oilfield work? Sounds like he would do well in North Dakota.

It was, more for what it doesn't show than anything else.
If you don't know the context of what is happening behind the grey walls and barbed wire, it's cottage core. But if you do know....

Maybe from an estate sale? I've seen a bunch of similar pieces in garages.

Usually you should flag relationships between your accounts, but if you want to maintain privacy and don't use the accounts for chaos or evil, no one will bother you.

You could create a focused account with a work email. There's no particular issue with multiple accounts as long as they aren't used for impersonation and getting around restrictions (reviewing your own edits, for example).

Are you suggesting that everyone isn't just posting for my benefit (and mine alone)?! What horror darkens my heart at even the mere whisper of such a possibility!

Yess! In one of my games I'm playing a "servant of Snek," a historical folk-hero / witcher canonized for helping protect the frontier from monsters. His creed is all about how ya need to help folks in tough spots.
I love silly but good deities! Local gods, totems, etc. make a polytheistic DND work!
