I hear Nigel Farage is declining interview requests. First time for everything, I suppose. I suspect he’ll eventually speak to whoever is least likely to challenge him properly.

No which is why he is keeping his counsel. Question number one would be : do you agree with Trumpton’s latest utterances on Ukraine. Total derision if he says yes , and any future invites to Shang-gri-La cancelled if he says no
Agreed, but Farage is unlikely to agree to be interviewed by the very few journalists that would ask questions like that. He's never properly questioned, not even slightly, by our largely complicit media, sadly.
I’m not exactly sure why because the wider UK MSM has so far flatly refused to mention any of Farage’s pro Putin comments, the money from Musk or his sickening sycophancy towards Trump
Just like it did with Brexit
Wonder whether he’s just waiting for the German election results 🧐
I think he's a bit lost as to which way to turn, Badenoch swallollowed her pride, Farage clearly doesn't find that as easy to do, I mean he's been brown nosing for a lot longer.
Perhaps he'll deign to be interviewed by GB News if they use one of their more prestigious talking heads. I hear there's a Mr Farage there who he respects
There is no way that Farage would risk being interviewed by @vicderbyshire.bsky.social. She is a very forensic interviewer who would not stand for any diversionary tactics from Farage.
Farage would be much happier with a soft soap interview from Michelle Dewberry or Patrick Christys.
This is odd.
He's usually already in the green room, nobody knows who let him in or which programme, but they have ten mins unscheduled and he certainly drives up the views.
But then, I stayed on a news channel longer as they were showing the delta flight flip. Awful to watch, but still we watch.
The grifting chode is coming to my city next Thursday to hold a Reform rally & name their nomination for Mayor. He is a disgusting racist bringing back hate to Hull after the Farage riots in the summer last year.
If you want to track him down for an impromptu Q&A, head for Boisdales in Pimlico where he’s usually drinking with weaselly tw*ts like Mr Pimlico Plumber Mullins instead of voting on unimportant stuff like border security & employment rights for workers…
He knows that his support for Trump and Putin is unpopular at the moment so is keeping a low profile. He who lives by populism dies by populism if he becomes unpopular.
He’s just waiting for a decent bit of time to elapse so he can boorishly say stuff like “Boring!”, “Typical media!” when facing any challenge on his support for Trump and Putin.
I agree with that. There’s an overwhelming anti Trump sentiment in Britain which had only grown in recent weeks with his comments. Farage’s fear of criticism for fear of Musk not pumping money in will be to his detriment.
True. But he can make a case that it should have been done differently (even I, as a remainer, believe that). And, not having held political power, he can make that case easily.
Ironically, success will be another part of their downfall, as that excuse goes.....
I would say its because he’s too busy working on behalf of his Clacton constituents but thats just too fanciable a notion 😂 Reform will be tainted by association with Trump, thankfully
Want someone to ask him to justify Tosser Trump, vacant Vance and muskrat!
Ask him about the riots outside the Birmingham hospital last night. Guess Farage retweeted them!
He's hoping the Trump coup makes less noise, so he come back to poison our public space, without having to equivocate his support for the fascist disaster merchants
If you vote reform, it’s 100% clear what you are voting for-> Russians on Britain’s doorstep and running UK government. Farage already showed he is a Russian asset when the Russians gave him a program on Russian TV & he blamed Putin’s invasion of Ukraine on NATO and the EU. A squawking quisling.
That's the thing given trump's comments on Ukraine he's in trouble. He won't want to talk about it because he won't be able to justify supporting trump's. Just like Johnson etc..
The Reform stance is peculiar. Russian is one of the hardest languages to learn. From what I read from Reform voters, English is major obstacle. I'm not sure the direction of travel is what they imagine
It’s time for the penny to finally drop for the client journalists who have enabled the current shitshow with their pandering to pub bores. Why LBC ever gave farage a platform is unbelievable,& free speech doesn’t come in to it when he does nothing but stoke division & offer mealy mouthed rhetoric
Ignore him, invite a lot of countering (to him) opinions eg the Greens and LibDems instead. He's had a disproportionate amount of air time over the years.
Of course he is. He ran away from Brexit so he'll run away from answering anything about Trump and Ukraine. Imagine having someone as spineless as him in charge. Christ.
Farage once said that EU President Herman van Rompuy ʙᴇ was a "damp rag". It's my pleasure today to remind him that he himself is an actual toilet brush.
He (Farage), doesn’t want to be questioned about his best friend Trump. He knows Trump is a liability and anti-UK/Europe, therefore Trump can’t be defended without damaging him and his company Reform Ltd. It’s totally at odds with his toxic UK nationalism brand. Vote Reform = vote Trump & Putin.
Isn't it time for him to take his regular seat at this week's BBC Question Time? It's all about UKR this Thursday. You would imagine the Mentorn team and Fiona will have sent out a search squad for him probably with a car collecting him to make sure he gets from Clackton to the London Studio?
We. Don't get BBCQT here until real late on Thursday. So did Mentorn or Fiona find the awol Farage or have they managed to get his mate Dickie on this week?
Following the last time we watched it and the resulting massive temper loss and significant upping of the BP, we've decided, for self care reasons, to avoid that catastrofuck of a programme for the foreseeable.
Wearing down authoritarians with sustained challenges is a powerful tactic, because their message is fragile and we are diverse. It tires them and narrows their bandwidth to a decreasing number of believers and followers.

Don't ask what I wrote first time 🤦♀️🤪
P
Not called them out on all their Iraq lies no? 🤔
Putin can use him as a footstool or something

Both things I’d be happy to see my car parked on
Life's a bitch eh Nige?
Kidd, Bruce and Kuenssberg should be able to help out.
Bloody Badenoch has spoken backing Zelensky!!
On Question Time tomorrow
what do you reckon…
That alone is enough to sink him.
Ironically, success will be another part of their downfall, as that excuse goes.....
Ask him about the riots outside the Birmingham hospital last night. Guess Farage retweeted them!
And he’s desperate to avoid criticising Mango Mussolini
Spoiler alert … he won’t be able to, and Reform will turn on him
But squeaky bum time is approaching for all Trump/Putin apologists. Are they going to go pro-fascist enabler against the interests of Ukraine or not?
Who's side are they on? They'll have to say.
"No, trump did"
Storm out. Claim Muslim woke media. End of interview
Because that I’d like to hear.
Maybe 30p Lee can represent him
More gaslight than Victorian London.
That and the German elections
If the AfD wins or comes close it would potentially mean he no longer needs to hide his TrumPutin allegiance
But they didn’t do anything about Musk and his ongoing targeted radicalisation of young white men in particular
And the TrumPutin Musk connections appear to be doing nothing to hinder Reforms polling in the UK
He'll be nowhere near Clacton.
