I've been trying to think about actual accomplishments the Dems have made since I was born, and the only real one I can think of is the ACA which was still a half measure.

Mostly it seems to be a policy of stasis.

That's a bit of a misnomer. For all Biden's faults he actually pushed forward a lot of progressive initiatives, usually through EOs, that were either blocked by courts or obstructed by the GOP.
