I've said it before, but the main right "parents' rights" discourse seems interested in is the right to decide over life and death. Call it the unitary executive theory of the family: These parents ultimately claim the seigneurial right to be family annihilators, if they so choose.

(I don’t agree with not vaccinating, but it’s the law. There would be no case for medical neglect here.)
She had replacement children for the one she neglected into the grave. She deserves prison and thise kids deserve a chance to be loved, not treated as commodities.
Anti-vaxxers could very well end up on the hook for their kids' deaths from measles. God sent them a vaccine, they let their kids die anyway.
Reactionary puritans think they own the concept of religion. But a lot of religious people disagree with them.
