Oh yeah, computers are famously bad at handling a lot of ... "transactions," was it, peepaw? ... quickly.
Every computer knower understands that, right?

Trump: "I did ask Elon because he knows more about computers than anybody I know. I said, what do you think of the voting system? He said, computers are not meant for voting. It's too many transactions taking place too quickly."

So we'll all be painting a bunch of rocks blue or red?
Or it's mail in ballots from now on?
Only 47 more to go.
We aren't really 'voting on computers' but on simple tabulation machines, none of which are internet-connected.

This is an artifact of the states in 1789 not being able to agree to the definition of who is eligible to vote. No agreement- states independently set the definition.
"I asked Elon to um er do something about all this computer voting stuff and he winked and said, 'I got ya, Orange Man'...that's why I said "we already have all the votes we need" last June...oops...I think I wasn't supposed to say that...covefefe..."
Good thing they suck at doing anything like that.
1959.

The race condition for paper ballots is a lot uglier.

You're telling me that a POS computer can handle value meals at rush hour, but voting machines can't handle four check boxes every five minutes?
They want to kill democracy so fucking bad it's disgusting.
