Literally every New Yorker I’ve talked to about it has said they love it.

NYC’s congestion pricing is a policy miracle: Less traffic, less noise, faster transit, more business sales, more transit revenue. And it hasn’t produced the negative effects outside the cordon zone we were afraid of.

Seriously, I am a fan!
In his attempts to break everything that works, Trump wants to dismantle it. Hope he fails!!
And public transit is 3 trips
Legends once spoke of a bus that ran on time. We thought it was just a story our elders told to give us hope.
Which means, of course, that conservatives hate it & will work to get rid of it as soon as they get the chance.
in midtown. The noise difference alone has been huge.

All on the PLUS side of the scale!

At least this keeps it from crippling fares
Yeah, didn't expect that POV, did you
Native New Yorker here. Live in the city. I do not love it. You are no longer "literal"😛
Come on, man, it was a tax grab from a captive population who had no say in the matter and were bombarded by Kathy and her 💯 friendly media across the board.
Which explains a lot actually.
They would likely object to less cars cutting into their profits.
THAT needs to be fixed!
I have never, ever heard of one.
but the regime is steadfastly focused on destroying a really successful transit policy because it might be a culture war win

Can we figure out how to copy that in Chicago?
Traffic at the tunnel is reduced so getting into the city by bus is easier.
Trains also make it easy.
And once I get there, moving around the city is easier with less traffic.
Expansion of who's allowed a disability exemption would make it better.
I then experienced the NYC with it in place.
It's wonderful .. except for the ONE route I would need to Brooklyn
So, I avoid the entire city now. Too bad, brokl
Yorkers and tried to stop it.

And THAT'S a problem that hasn't been addressed
all cars should have transponders and you should pay more if you use the roads more
nothing else is like it
do they still give out endless coffee?
Hmm. That's sounds like a great policy.
Love overdue.
