Yes, there is such a problem with this “do the minimum” mindset. I see it everywhere and it impacts all of us in major ways. It’s so hard to get things done in society and to run smoothly. No care. There are thousands of examples possible and it’s playing out in real time. Frustrating to be in this
Funny how the jobs that *actually* pay have minimal turnover and employees that are mostly invested! It's as if paying someone fairly and treating them well leads to a better, more productive (and profitable) outcome. Shocking, I know! 🤷🏻♂️

I quit a few days ago. Corporate cuts hours and it’s the workers that suffer. The last month I lost 600.00 of my savings to balance their cuts. If I need to live off of my savings, I’d rather do it without watching people I care about cry every day because they can’t make it. Fuck corporate
Sorry to hear this. I thought I had a decent headstart to retirement when the crash of 2008-10 came. I was forced to use my savings to live on. As an elderly person...trying to be employed again was incredibly difficult...I will never be financially secure again. Hold on...sending you best regards.
