The right can clear Musk's name by arguing this, in much the same way pointing out "attraction to teenagers technically isn't pedophilia" makes grown men less creepy.
Anytime a right winger argues that just tell them that we have actually banned several neo-Nazi parties over the last decades and that certain parts of the AfD have already been found to be far-right extremist and are under surveillance for anti-democratic activities. So future ban is in the cards!
