The Court takes judicial notice that the Appellant has a penis (ex. A-F) and testicles (ex. G-K, left; L-P, right). Given that "boy has peepee" (transcript Bright Sprouts Preschool, supra, p. 15), we will use biologically accurate pronouns (cf. affidavits Rowling, Linehan, Walsh)

In my opinion, the claim can be pushed further. Since God the Father is by nearly all theological accounts a being of pure spirit, it means gender is required to be separated from anatomy. It is actually heresy to suggest a biological basis for gender.
