Today I learned that catnip doesn’t work on cats until 3 to 6 months because they now think catnip works because it smells like “sex pheromones” so they have to pubesce first
I just read that some cats don’t react to it at all and that it’s genetic. I find it fascinating, catnip isn’t at all what I thought it was, and the science is still unclear on why cats react how they do (the sex pheromones theory is far from proven, it seems)
When I met Jack Dorsey on my lil new hire call, I asked him what his favorite Slack channel was, because it's what I ask everyone, why make an exception? He said the yubikey channel, because he likes seeing the innovative ways people lose them. 😂😂
The internals are kinda techy, but to the user they’re probably the simplest form of MFA, even simpler than getting a code by SMS. All you do is insert it when you’re told and tap a button to make it do the techy part. A+ would recommend to my boomer parents.

something you have (cats)
something you are (a cat owner)
They lay like this for about 20. minutes, hardly moving. Normally they spend their together time swiping at each others' heads
I lose things way too easily
(my other one was in my backpack which got stolen)
*Not to be taken literally, but cats will nom them. Yubikeys do not respond well to nom nom nom nom.
