Okay, I threw together a quick Starter Pack of Gaming History & Preservation for the new arrivals. Pls signal boost (and let me know who I inevitably forgot).

They’ve done a few great books and their Maps series is a great source of art, maps, and guides from NA and Japan.

1) currently research history and/or contribute to preservation
2) and already post about it here

I'll have to keep hunting for TTRPG/board gaming history.

I'd love to be included. I'm a PhD studying Super NES/Famicom afterlives (emulation, reproductions, retranslations, preservation).
I would also recommend @sourcegaming.info because their translations and research helped alot researchers finding correct translations and information
There's no one who did as much for research and preservation for 64DD as they did. And they even go beyond 64DD preservation
