So everyone submits "Fuck You". They want to destroy your country and take your fucking job and you assholes are debating approach? WTF is wrong with you. If you will be fired, at least go on your own terms. Go Canadian and fuck those assholes!
Apparently the entire US federal government workforce got an email asking them to explain what they did last week. They are being told they are required to answer.
Also if you’re not a federal employee, make sure to use as many of the banned words that you can fit into one email - underserved, women’s health, equity, social justice, equality, social determinants of health, health disparities, injustice, etc! 🏆 ⭐️
1. I provided care to an underserved population.
2. I advocated on social determinants.
3. I helped people complete complaints against the government based on limitations of service related to their race.
4. I provided contraceptive advice and abortion referrals.
5. I advocated for equitable wages.
From a “how much is it going to cost taxpayers to have that much email getting read and digested” perspective, how the fk is anyone saving money from this inefficient fking idea?”
Slightly ironic - This book from 2017 is divided into seven chapters—one for each day—features images from across Sweden. It was crowdfunded in response to Trump’s “last night in Sweden” remark, with copies sent to him, the US Congress, and all MEPs.
"Per your correspondence, here is what I did last week:
• 𝐅ederal Government duties, unlike some people.
• 𝐔ndermining Trump's agenda.
• 𝐂ongressionally-mandated oversight.
• 𝐊eeping the public safe and informed.
• 𝐄𝐥𝐨𝐧's mom."
1. If it gets too many emails all shut down.
2. The people capable of performing such an action probably got the same email, and they may not be at peak performance to do such an action.
The purpose is to clog their emails. They can’t get their intended job done if they have to spend hours sifting through fake ones to determine the real ones. That’s the point.
They won't spend any time sifting, it's completely trivial to filter out email that isn't from .gov addresses. And they aren't going to be processing this manually anyway.
I worked for a federal department in Canada who's email server shut down because an employee hit reply all to a message to all of us (around 3000 people) with a photo attached. Back in the early days of email it couldn't handle it.
So don't forget to add a photo of your work before you hit send.
People should take it seriously. Make sure to email the media, their friends and family...neighbors. Americans are entirely too ignorant of what fed workers do and just how hard they work. Tell the whole world and remind people what they are losing.
If you can’t tell the difference between filling out a time sheet & whatever this B.S. sounds like; either congrats on never having nor being a crappy boss; or..don’t be so clueless
The Freedom of Information Act allows members of the public to request documents - including emails - generated by federal agencies, provided they clear a few exemptions.
Someone with time and gumption could FOIA what the entire government did last week.
1. I worked on (redacted)
2. I circled back on (redacted)
3. Completed (redacted) final objectives
4. Contributed to (redacted) project
5. Communicated with (redacted) on status of (redacted)
The written description is going to take a 2:1 time impact regarding what I did, so the report (& subsequent reports) will have a 2 week delay, COMPOUNDED
It'll be interesting to see what's documented. And who ordered specific facts not to be documented. From a legal (judicial) standpoint, that would convey intent.
Nauseating much? How stupid. Did he design this absurdity? Bet so. A guy who’s dumb as dirt & wears diapers whose boyfriend wants to go to Mars.,,yeah. That’s believable. If you’re a mental patient.
Is it dumb to think they’ll just cancel anyone who doesn’t reply? Kind of the reverse of what they tried the first time? Make them stay rather than make them quit?
The f o i a tried to stop them from what they were doing and got told f*** no that's right the Freedom of Information Act office tried to get some information and was told no.. people haven't started breaking and burning things yet and that just blows my mind
Honestly, there are professional (media) FOIA requesters who do this for a living and will request all of these records in one request, at all the agencies, so don’t worry about doing anything.
Rule of 3 says if 3 people have the same request to publish the results, not just email the response.
Ah, but let's say 50 ppl.. 50 ppl a day.. 50 ppl a day walk up, mail in a FOIA request, sing a bar of Alice's Restaraunt and walk out, they're gonna know it's a protest movement!
My thought was flood DC with thousands & thousands of requests.
1.2 million FOIAs a year already and 50k alone from the Heritage foundation (project 2025 peeps) this year.
No one notices. The FOIA team will just publish the info and close the requests after processing. Wouldn’t really rise up the chain or matter with FOIA.
People who work at the VA: "I saw 30 patients." "I saw 15 patients." Does the 15 get fired because they are social workers who spend 30 minutes with every patient?
- I supported and defended the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;
- I bore true faith and allegiance to the same
- I took this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion
At Twitter he insisted engineers print out all the code they'd written in the previous 3 months. Ridiculous for so many reasons, but at least one: once lawyers found out they had a yuge panic and had to have engineers line up in person to have the printouts shredded.
He has no genius strategy.
I would attach it to a grievance with my union representative, and indicate that there isn't any way under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, that he is in the chain of command.
Seems like a super efficient plan to have all those workers wasting their time on this, and having other people waste their time reading and evaluating all this emails.
oops did i send you this already? if not,
hi would you please help me and share w your followers TY!!!

He doesn't actually know code, not well. He couldn't understand what he was looking at. He wanted them to show they were writing lots of lines of code, not whether they were writing effective code.
Reminds me of the story of the software engineer who submitted a negative number when asked to document how many lines of code they had written that week.
And that's assuming that email would only take five minutes. Depending on the department, just writing a list (much less editing it) could take way longer.
especially in fear, not knowing how the summaries will be used or consequenced! he did this at twitter too. & did fire people he deemed unproductive. given he has no idea what each job requires, it he shouldn’t have any say (and legally doesn’t!) in whether they “deserve” their job. just moronic
Sadly, the reality is likely:
1. Worried all week about losing my job.
2. Worried about paying my bills and expenses.
3. Looked into having to sell my house.
4. Puked several times and tossed and turned at night.
5. Gathered my employment records so in the future I can prove I worked here.
Want to support federal employees being fired by Musk&his Juvenile Delinquent Hackers? Email 5 bullets that would get DT fired in any office setting. 5 bullets of things that Trump did week 2/17 that constitute firing offenses to: [email protected] cc

Maybe even funnier from Canada. I watched hockey. I bought Canadian and European only. I watched your economy tank. I prayed for cholesterol and ketamine to do their jobs. I cringed at the CPAC - are you fucking kidding me? Ew.

I think every American should send a letter by postal mail to the White House explaining what we did last week. Trump said he is the executive in charge and can hire and fire whoever he wants so why send to OPM they have no authority. Let’s flood the White House mailroom!
It’s surreal that we’re at this point. I’m struggling to accept that in 2020 we gave Dems the DOJ. Their failure to swiftly apply the law to ALL insurrectionists involved in 1/6 then now results in US fighting fascists firsthand. When the smoke clears the US is gonna need TWO new political parties.
What's the plan here for the likely hundred of thousands of people whose actual tasks are classified but still critical? Is this dumb fuck planning on firing all of them because they can't send anything is worthless LLM says is good?
I think every last one of them should join together and walk out. Let them find out why they are important. Them all the Americans do the same thing to show solidarity. Wouldn’t that be amazing

Not a federal employee but I still sent an email listing what I did during the week.
